George Child Welfare have identified 10 home-based creches in our community that have little or no basic facilities, let alone toys for the children. Earlier this year we started putting together toy-boxes of educational toys and books (age from 3yrs to 7yrs) and we take these boxes out to the creches. Every two weeks they are swopped for a 'new' box of goodies. We also train the care-giver on how to use the toys.... WE NEED EDUCATIONAL TOYS AND AFRIKAANS STORY BOOKS
