We requires assistance with the following maintenance needs:
KITCHEN: Checking and repairing all hinges/doors, painting cement below sink to match terracotta tiles where leak was fixed
BATHROOM 1: Paint door white enamel, replace and fit cracked cistern, purchase and fit long towel rails on walls over ends of bath
BATHROOM 2: Replace n fit toilet seat, check the flushing mechanism, remove towel hooks and place lower down
BEDROOMS: Check n repair all skirting boards, match and replace missing door handles to changing table
ELECTRICAL: Repair electrical box which is falling off, supply and fit intercom/bell
LOUNGE/DINNING: Replace missing n broken tile between the 2 rooms
CEILING: repair and paint pressed ceiling in from passage that was damaged by water
POOL: Remove the perished deck and either leave frame hoisted up against wall or remove altogether
EXTERIOR: Supply and fit a 3 or 4 line clothes line, tidy and smooth the paving in the front area
