We will be transforming the Company Gardens into a Garden of Peace as we join Peace-makers around the world in celebrating International Peace Day.At NOON join together for a few moments of silent peace, remembering those who have given their lives for peace and for those still trapped in war torn conflict and non-peaceful conditions. It is also the International Day of Global Ceasefire, giving aid workers the opportunity to reach those in need of medical attention, food supplies and support.Sing the word PEACE in South Africa’s eleven official languages. Write a peace prayer to hang in the peace tree. Bring a cushion and join the meditation and harmonic singing. Take the time and BE AT PEACE in your own heart!
