We are planning to distribute over 650 christmas gift parcels at 3 christmas parties to vulnerable and disadvantaged children in our local community. We are asking for sponsors to donate items for the parcels as well as food such as chicken, rice, vegetables, chips and juice for the parties.

We need help to collect the contents for the parcels and pack them and also to find sponsors for the food.
The three parties will be held on tuesday 27th Nov, friday 30th November and friday 7th December... we will need volunteers to attend the parties to help with the practical arrangements on the day

What will you be doing?

Prior to the parties we will be preparing the food & packing up the parcels. At the parties we'll be celebrating christmas with those who are invited & handing out food & gift parcels to show we care.
