Toys for Africa

On our recent charity drive to the Western and Eastern Cape, on our way to visit Ruiterbos Primary School in Mossel Bay, we received a call from another nearby school, Denneprag Primary School. They asked if we could visit them and hand out toys. We didn't have toys with us, but we still paid them a visit and Marcel Caroto performed for them. Tiger Wheel and Tyre in George, one of our sponsors for our charity drive, kindly put us in touch with Tiger Wheel and Tyre Mossel Bay, who agreed to sponsor toys for Denneprag and we couriered them straight away. What an amazing feeling sitting over 1000 km away and still able to be a part of such a humbling experience. Keeping the handout to true Toys for Africa tradition, Sandra and Nico van Rensburg from TWT George and some friends visited Denneprag on the 21st of June, had a clown perform a short message for the children and read from the Bible. What a blessing to be able to take toys all the way back to Mossel Bay, only one month after we visited there.
