Rap for Social Good
Ambassadors Youth and Community Development recently had the privilege of assisting a Christian artist pursue his dream and release a serious hip hop album. It is our mission to unearth, mentor and empower youth of Africa make a difference through sport, music or whatever means possible. The goal is to use these gifts to bring about social change.
Mano was born in 1987, starting rapping in 2005, got born-again in July 2007. He was born to preach and rhyme the uncompromised and unblemished Gospel of Jesus Christ. He is still serving Him, still seeking Him, and forever pressing on toward the mark (Phil. 3:14). Your prayers will be highly appreciated, as he Raps for Christ. Mano's stage name is D.L.E., he is from Johannesburg, Gauteng. He has performed as an opening act for three-time Stellar Award winner and Grammy Nominee Da’ T.R.U.T.H. (Big Picture Tour 2010), and international Gospel RandB artist Michelle Bonilla (December 2011). He has also performed as opening act for international Gospel Rap artists Da’ T.R.U.T.H., The Ambassador, Jahaziel and Sean Simmonds at The Move Tour 2012 in Johannesburg.
