Personally-identifiable contact details, such as an email address or cellphone, are required to validate user sign up. A user’s email address may be used in certain instances to give notice of activities occurring within that user's account or changes and updates to forgood’s offering. In the event of a user not wanting to receive such emails, it is possible for the user to adjust his/her privacy preferences within his/her account profile.

·         Forgood guarantees never to disclose personally-identifiable information such as name and email address to any third party for marketing, promoting or any other purpose, unless the user has given his/her knowing consent in advance, or it is required by law.

·         Forgood will send emails to you in order to keep you updated on news, events and updates. Email security is your own responsibility. Forgood cannot be held responsible for any interference with your account caused by email hacking.

·         Standard web technology, known as “cookies”, may be used to store small pieces of information on a user’s hard drive. Cookies enable users to log in or fill in forms without having to enter information each time a user visits the Forgood website.
