In this section we bring you important numbers relating to climate change.
If the level of carbon in the atmosphere is 350 or less, our planet will cool down and be at a temperature where all life can survive in ideal atmospheric conditions. This is the special number we should all be striving towards.
See ‘350 and the Blanket Story’ under the Learn More section.
60 minutes can make a difference. Earth Hour is a global event organised by WWF and is held on the last Saturday of March annually, asking households and businesses to turn off their non-essential lights and other electrical appliances for one hour to raise awareness towards the need to take action on climate change.
