Lusemanzi Early Childhood Development

My name is Lorato Duma, I'm a mother, a wife and leader within the community. I'm also a founder of 3 Day care centers at orange farm and squatter camp. At Lusemanzi ECD Center we strive to provide a happy, caring, secure and educational based environment for every child and parent. To lay a strong foundation, ensuring that children are school ready, and their confidence is well developed. All staff members are qualified within specific areas of childcare. We currently have 173 children and 21 staff, Lusemanzi is based at orange farm. (South of Joburg) The focus of the Centre is early childcare development equipping of our children to reach their full potential through to Grade R, affording them the holistic interventions that are essential for their individual development and education. The impact of these interventions in the children’s development has been remarkable.
