Brainfit Botswana

Brainfit Botswana is a mental health organization dedicated to supporting children and young adults, primarily between the ages of 9 and 35, in Botswana. The organization exists to restore mental health dignity among youth and children by providing access to quality mental health care, education, and empowerment. Brainfit offers a range of services including mental health screening, counselling, and support groups designed to promote emotional well-being and provide ongoing support for those facing mental health challenges. One of its flagship initiatives is the Serodumo Project, tailored for youth in Gaborone and surrounding areas.
