Tiger Brands Mandela Month 2025

Tiger Brands volunteers, this one is for you! Join us as we commemorate International Mandela Day to not only celebrate Nelson Mandela’s life and legacy but join in this global movement to take his life’s work into a new era and change our world for the better. 

This Mandela Month, we dedicate the entire month of July to doing good, and we invite you to do the same. Take action. Start where you are. Do what you can. Because change begins with each of us.#ItsInYourHands

What's the challenge?

Tiger Brands challenges you to team up with your colleagues to fundraise for a good Cause! How do you do this?

1. Create a team of no more than 20 members with your colleagues.
2. Choose a team name and a team leader.
3. Go through the money needs at the bottom of this campaign.
4. Decide on a money need and Cause that your team would like to raise funds for 
5. Send confirmation of your activity, including your team’s name, members and your chosen Cause to Lulamile.Mtebeni@tigerbrands.com
6. Now go and raise the funds and come back later to complete your team donation.
7. While you're raising those funds, feel free to "View Cause Profile" on the money need you have selected and "Connect" to find out more about your Cause or ask any questions.

It is entirely up to you how your team will raise the funds. You can have a cake sale, a car wash, a garage sale or even sell raffle tickets. Go wild!

Once your team has raised the funds, your team leader must come back to this campaign and make the donation on behalf of the team. Remember to use your Tiger Brands email address to register and make your donation on forgood. It is as simple as

• Signing up on forgood.co.za
• Click on the money need your team had already decided on raising funds for
• Click on "donate" on the left side of your screen
• Enter the amount your team is donating AND the name of your team (very important) 
• Now you can click on "donate" at the bottom of your screen
• Select your payment option and make the payment
• Your team leader will receive the donation receipt to their email address, keep this safe!

All done! Your team has made impact. The team that raises the most funds will receive an additional R10 000 donation from Tiger Brands, for their beneficiary Cause PLUS R400 Tiger Trolley vouchers for the team members! That's twice the donation and twice the impact!

That’s not all — the team that raises the second highest amount will also receive R5,000 for their cause.
