Here's a little more info about this opportunity...

This October, the organisation is proud to take part in the 94.7 Ride Joburg event. Cyclists will ride for a cause in the 2025 Virgin Active 94.7 Ride Joburg, raising funds for Nokuphila School. The funds will go towards supporting the academic excellence of 405 children. These learners come from vulnerable backgrounds, including child-headed households, orphaned families, homes with grandparents reliant on social grants, or situations where caregivers face significant socio-economic challenges. Our goal for the 94.7 Cycle Challenge is to raise R100,000 in cash donations and secure in-kind contributions to help sustain the operations of The Love Trust and its Nokuphila School. Keen to help? We invite individuals and companies to partner with us through monetary and in-kind donations to help change a child’s future. - Non-perishable food items will help us reduce food insecurity in the households of our learners and within the wider Thembisa community. - Stationery donations will ensure our learners have the tools they need to excel academically and reach their full potential. - Cleaning materials will help us maintain a school environment that our learners are proud of—one that supports their growth and success both inside and outside the classroom. - Donate R150, R250 or R1000. Donation drop off information: 59 Steyn Road, President Park AH Midrand 1685 Monday to Friday, 09h00 - 15h00 Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
