Help Johannesburg Federation Meals on Wheels by donating wool for Adele

Here's a little more info about this opportunity...

Adele, affectionately known as Kookie, is a 92-year-old pensioner who grew up in an orphanage. She has been an avid knitter for the past 72 years, dedicating her craft to creating clothing for disadvantaged children and babies. Her knitting repertoire includes dresses, baby booties, caps, scarves, and jumpers. Two years ago, Adele experienced a severe fall, resulting in the loss of her sight. Despite this devastating setback, she continues to pursue her passion, finding joy in her knitting. Adele's love and compassion are evident in her dedication to using a portion of her SASSA pension to purchase wool for her projects. This is where you come in. We kindly request donations of wool to support Adele's cause. Your contribution will enable her to continue knitting for those in need. We are happy to arrange collection on her behalf and can provide photos of her work as a token of appreciation. Thank you in advance for your compassion and generosity in assisting Adele, aka Kookie, as she continues to spread warmth and kindness through her knitting.
