Africa Rise Foundation

We are a registered youth led non-governmental organisation which exists to see young people that had lost hope unleashing their full potential to the world without discrimination whilst creating communities which are self-reliant and self-sustained. Our work revolves around children's rights, sexual and reproductive health and economic empowerment. On child rights we provide scholarships and nutritional support to child headed families to have access to quality education and protect children from sale, abduction and trafficking. On sexual and reproductive health, we provide young people with information on Sexual and Reproductive health, HIV and AIDS and Menstrual Health Management, assist disadvantaged girls and young women with sanitary wear and advocate for an end to period poverty. Lastly, on economic empowerment we provide disadvantaged and marginalised young people with skills development as well as seed funding to start enterprises and income generation projects.
