GWEN is in the process of constructing a shelter for vulnerable teenage mothers and girls survivors of GBV in Sele rural and needs furniture to make the shelter habitable and safe. Teenage mothers who are thrown out of their family homes for falling pregnant out or wedlock find themselves destitute and at risk with their babies on the streets. While girl child survivors of rape and child marriages are rejected and neglected by society. Thus, GWEN is creating a safe shelter for these young people to stay, recuperate before they can be unified with loved ones.
