About this campaign
Give old books new life this Library Week
“Books are the quietest and most constant of friends; they are the most accessible and wisest of counsellors, and the most patient of teachers.” ― Charles William Eliot.
Calling all bookworms! Share the joy of reading during National Library Week. Dust off the cobwebs of old books that are in good condition and donate them to a cause in need. This year's theme is "Libraries: Your Partners for Life”. What better way to celebrate this than to donate some books, read to children or help start a library at an Early Childhood Development Centre.
To get involved, we’ve listed ways to share the joy of reading – try them out, your books will likely appreciate the attention too.
