Help Life 4 U Foundation to raise R100 000 to refurbish and develop our Children and Youth centre in Tembisa. Our centre provides much needed after-school care and support to orphans and vulnerable needy children in Tembisa; this includes homework support, reading programmes and numeracy activities, physical stimulation and Recreational activities in a safe environment. Our children feeding scheme feed 20 000 needy children annually; support 1300 impoverished widows and orphans annually. Our centre also operate as an information hub for the youth of Tembisa by assisting unemployed to find employment and opportunities thus we prevent and fight the of Nyaope drugs, alcohol and drugs abuse, teenage pregnancy, unemployment, crime and other social ills. This program acts as an information hub for the youth of Tembisa and Ivory Park as it will be a link between them and service providers. All information regarding education, employment opportunities, business development, and youth in distress organizations will be available for the youth visiting the Centre. The target R100 000 funds we aim to raise will be used to buy equipment and accessories for the feeding scheme and youth computer lab. We aim to purchase equipment’s such as computers, cooking stove, fridge, children chairs and tables and Pots; we also need paving bricks to pave our centre. 2 Fire extinguishers and security cameras are also needed. Our organisation is worth funding and partnering as we annually meet our target and goals to help our beneficiaries. We are an awards winning organisation and we have been featured in various SABC and E.TV shows. We are a legally registered and compliant organisation with Department of Social Development and SARS. Our cause is worth supporting with clear goals, opportunities and objectives.
