Help Love Your Nuts Foundation raise R250000 for development of an educational game about cancer in SA

Here's a little more info about this opportunity...

Educational Game for Schools in a Nutshell Proud moment! Our educational cancer app concept made it into the top 600 (out of 2400+ applications worldwide) ideas at Slingshot – a start-up competition in Singapore! This game is played on a mobile app and links in with the Cancer Smart School Programme. This educational game is full of “challenges” to get as cancer smart as possible. It can be played as an individual, class groups or as competitions between schools. Students will learn: • Where can I find help if I am diagnosed with cancer? • How can I support a family member or friend that is diagnosed with cancer? • How my healthy lifestyle will lower my risk of getting cancer. • How early detection increases the chance to survive cancer. • What can I do in my community to educate and raise awareness? Partnership We are looking for a profit-sharing partnership with companies to get this app developed. A partnership with life insurances, medical aids and/or information technology companies will be a fantesticle match and of mutual benefit. We like to hear from you!
