About this campaign
Make a difference in Minutes!
Microvolunteering refers to easy actions that take less than 30 minutes to complete, and the activity still helps a Cause in some way or another. These activities require no long-term commitment.
The idea is that people are more likely to volunteer their time in short and convenient, bit-sized chunks. Microvolunteering is a way to involve those who can't afford or aren't able to commit to something longer term.
The demand for short-term flexible volunteering opportunities seems to be increasing because of busy, unpredictable lifestyles.
Microvolunteering is sometimes confused with online volunteering. But simple, conscious actions for a good cause can also happen offline: baking a cake for a charity sale, distributing leaflets or planting a tree are all examples.
See how you can start your microvolunteering journey, and still make a difference!
