This information came from the Parliamentary Question referred to the Minister of Higher Education and Training which revealed that over 120000 students in the country have passed their courses but yet to receive their degrees and transcripts due to their outstanding fees. This has led to billions owed by students in universities across the country. Without that proof of qualification, their future is placed on hold. This challenge has further added to the crisis of high unemployment of young people in the country.
