More about The Edustreams Foundation
The Edustreams Foundation is an independent, non-profit educational institution that was established to offer a viable alternative education pathway for learners with learning disabilities and mild to moderate cognitive disabilities, who are unable to cope or develop in mainstream academic schools or classrooms. Edustreams provides a nurturing, creative and empowering learning environment to these learners with special needs and learning barriers who can't cope or achieve in the National Curriculum Statement (NCS). The school is a vocational based school with 80% focused on practical hands on education, where students learn by doing and not by sitting behind a desk. The school offers a number of the The Department of Educations accredited vocational subjects such as hospitality, agriculture, woodwork, arts and crafts, early childhood development and a number of others.
