TRANSFORMATION UNDESTANDING AND COPING WITH YOUR ANGER. In this course we make use of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). This course is different from other courses because it embraces a touch of art and combines it with elements used in music therapy. In addition, we try to involve the person as a whole, spirit, soul, and body. - We understand what the root cause of their anger is. - Understand what their Trauma is. - Understand what mindfulness is and how to use it. - Discover lies that they believe because of traumatic instances in their past and replace use it. - Understand how the body react yo triggers and make the right choices. - Understand forgiveness. - Understand Love and fear. - Communicate on a better lever. - See a peaceful and prosperous future for themselves and their families and strive towards it. - apply learned skills that will help them to conquer anger.
