Here's a little more info about this opportunity...

We are situated in an area where the average mean rainfall per annum is less than 400mm. Farmers have been affected by drought impacts for several years. Our district is characterized by poor and unreliable rainfall, frequent droughts and periodic flooding most of the time. Due to low and unreliable rainfall the farmers in the district are finding it difficult to obtain high crop yields. As result of unreliable rainfall the majority of the farms in the district are food/fodder insecure. The drought impacts in the district has affected farmers in different ways including economically, socially and the production. Our district has been receiving lower rainfall due to the effects of high extreme climatic events, climate variability and change. The impact of lower rainfall has a great effect on the wellbeing of our rhino. We are need to feed during most of the year to ensure that the rhino are receiving enough nutrition.
