Here's a little more info about this opportunity...

Groups (comprising of between 60 and 90 learners at one time) are received at the Museum by the staff and guides and are supplied with a sandwich, a fruit and refreshments after an educational tour of the Museum. After a long journey to the Museum sometimes from afar afield as Pongola, Mankozi and Muvhango near the border of Mozambique, learners are often in need of nourishment. We received approximately 150 groups per annum. As a non profit organisation we are reliant on sponsors and organisations to support our ventures. We believe this project will suite individuals, Government Departments, companies or institutions who believe that through their contributions, whether in kind or financially, they can positively impact on the lives and possibly destinies of 1 000’s of young people in the communities who have drawn the short straw in life and history and who for many reasons have not had the opportunity to experience and learn from a visit to a Museum.

  3. 3Make sure that you are not left alone with someone that you have never met before.
  4. 4Know where you’re going. If you’re headed off the beaten track or into an unfamiliar part of town, be sure you have directions and a GPS or map book.
