Here's a little more info about this opportunity...
We have been renting an old historical building in Hout Bay for 10 years. We love Oakburn with all our hearts, but we are BURSTING out of its seams and cannot grow any further here. Practising, psycho-therapy and school work assistance is becoming challenging as we have run out of space. We have identified a new premises and will be launching our fundraising campaign to purchase this beautiful, spacious and prime piece of property with massive potential for expansion (serving more pupils), income generation (to subsidise funding needs) and community engagement (a performance and conference venue, vegetable gardens, TED talks etc). Huge branding potential.
