Angels Baby Sanctuary

When I turned 50 and realised that I still have time to do something worthwhile with my life, I decided to get out of the corporate world and do what I loved, helping others. Babies and children are my passion. After years of volunteering at various children’s’ homes both here and abroad, the decision to open up a home for abandoned babies was easy. That was the easy part... Once started there were plenty hurdles to overcome until we finally did it. In March 2014, the home was finally opened when we took in our first baby girl, Thando. It was the most exciting news that I received and it melted all the hardships into the background, we finally started. We at Angels believe that no one should ever feel unloved, so we strive to take the utmost care of all the babies placed with us. We will always ensure that we give the babies the love and stimulation that is required for their development. My heartfelt thanks goes to all who have assisted in making this dream a reality and those who continue to lovingly support the home, without your generosity, love and support none of this would have been possible .
