Chris Steytler Ind (CSI) is a registered non-profit in Cape Town that has been creating meaningful work opportunities for persons with disabilities for more than 40 years. Our mission is to empower adults with intellectual, physical, psychosocial, and multiple disabilities through work rehabilitation, skills development, occupational therapeutic support, and meaningful work experience that promotes independence, confidence and inclusion. Everyday more than 140 beneficiaries participate in structured work programmes where they develop practical workplace skills, confidence, and work readiness while completing real production contracts for businesses. Participants receive ongoing support from dedicated staff and occupational therapy services, enabling them to develop at their own pace in a safe, supportive, and productive environment.
