Colour My World South Africa was founded in 2021 with a simple but powerful mission: to provide assistance and support for children with special needs. Our journey began with our founder, Nazleen Carelse, whose own son Devin experienced a life-changing incident at age 4 that led to seizures and epilepsy. Despite the challenges, Devin found solace and joy in swimming. This discovery sparked a passion within Nazleen to ensure that other children with special needs could experience the same benefits. Today, Devin is 14 years old, loves swimming, and is a living testament to the power of determination and support. We are a registered Non-Profit Organisation (NPO: 306-630) dedicated to supporting children with special needs through water therapy, swimming lessons, educational resources, and community inclusion activities.
