A HOPE AND A FUTURE …….. FOR FAMILIES AND CHILDREN We are a dynamic NGO striving for a better deal for children who have been abandoned, abused or orphaned. We ensure new beginnings for hundreds of children, families and communities in Motherwell and surrounding townships. It is a venture of hope, care and realising dreams. Our Cluster Foster homes are owned by Family Restoration Services, an NPO that serves the people of Motherwell, a township just outside of Port Elizabeth. All the houses are situated in Motherwell. An efficient Cluster Foster-care Home project provides a holistic care program for orphaned and vulnerable children which includes nurturing in a family environment, medical care, education, and counselling as well as moral and spiritual discipleship. There are 42 children in the Thamsanqa Cluster Foster Homes at present.
