The House of Sports and Development Foundation (HSDF) is a SA NPO (NPO Reg. No.: 252-596) established in July 2019. We are dedicated to the holistic development of children and youth in previously disadvantaged communities, using sport as a catalyst for social change. Our mission is to use physical literacy and sport as a tool to address social challenges, including high unemployment, lack of skills development, and limited opportunities for personal growth. We firmly believe that sport possesses the power to teach life skills, promote wellness, foster youth leadership, and build a culture of inclusion and social cohesion. To achieve this, we operate key initiatives such as our Play 2 Grow, My Healthy School, and Physical Education 2 E-Sports initiatives that focus on education, health, digital literacy, and youth livelihood using sports as a hook.
