Humana People to People in South Africa (HPPSA) is a nationally registered NPO established in 1995. Since launching its foundational Soweto project in 1998, HPPSA has implemented innovative, long-term programs that empower children, youth, women, and men to master new skills and improve their living conditions. Our extensive health portfolio prioritizes child and maternal health, hygiene, and the elimination of Malaria, alongside large-scale mobilization for HIV/AIDS, TB, and Non-Communicable Diseases. Beyond healthcare, HPPSA is deeply committed to environmental sustainability and food security, providing vital support to small-scale farmers and establishing Climate Change Centres that promote nature-based solutions. This holistic approach extends to early childhood education and vocational training in sewing, agriculture, and computer literacy.
