Supporting Safe Initiation Practices Through Mobility

During the previous summer initiation season, Ilima Lesizwe NGO received generous support from Buffalo Toyota East London, who donated a double cab vehicle to strengthen our field operations. This donation played a vital role in enabling our team to monitor compliance at initiation schools across remote and hard-to-reach areas. With reliable transport, we were able to conduct regular site visits, respond quickly to reported concerns, and work closely with community leaders to help ensure safer and more compliant initiation practices.
