Celebrating growth and achievement: Our sewing & Computer class graduation
On the 17th of October, a joyful combined graduation ceremony was held for the Sewing and Basic Computer classes, celebrating the achievements of 37 dedicated beneficiaries. The event was filled with pride and happiness as participants reflected on their growth — from being unsure and nervous at first to confidently creating beautiful garments and using technology with ease.
On the 17th of October, we had the joy of hosting a combined graduation ceremony for our Sewing and Basic Computer classes — a day filled with pride, laughter, and celebration. In total, 37 beneficiaries successfully completed their training, with 26 graduates from the Sewing Program and 11 graduates from the Computer Class. Unfortunately, three participants were unable to complete the program, but we remain proud of their efforts and progress throughout the journey. The event was truly inspiring as we reflected on how far our beneficiaries have come. Many of them joined our programs feeling nervous and unsure — some even afraid to touch the sewing machines — and today, they confidently create beautiful garments and handle equipment with skill and enthusiasm. The graduates expressed deep gratitude for the opportunity to learn, grow, and gain practical skills that will help them generate income and improve their lives. To make the day extra special, we celebrated their hard work with a small party filled with joy and smiles. Everyone enjoyed delicious goodies, cake, and cold drinks, creating a warm and festive atmosphere. It was a wonderful reminder of how empowerment, dedication, and community can truly change lives
