MORE ABOUT OUR CAUSE Matanya Youth Skills Development is a community-focused organisation committed to empowering young people, children and vulnerable families by creating opportunities that improve their lives and strengthen communities. Our cause is driven by the belief that every young person deserves an opportunity to learn, develop skills, find employment and build a better future. We work to address challenges such as youth unemployment, poverty, lack of skills, substance abuse, gender-based violence and limited access to educational and economic opportunities. We focus on practical programmes that include youth skills development and learnerships, entrepreneurship, agriculture and food security, after-school education support, computer and life skills, community outreach, and support for vulnerable children and families.
