Philenkosini Edu Care was initiated by Doreen in 2014. The community after perceiving that the idea was excellent for the development, safety and well being of their development, safety and well being of their little children, they then supported her. The Edu-Care is in a place whereby many young teenage mothers are situated, where many unemployed single parents are found. Philenkosini happened to be a good solution for most of the parents who wanted quality and equal education or early childhood development at fees that are affordable and situated for their monthly and daily budget.
