RecruitAgri provides free induction trainings for the class of 2021 prior the commencement of the program. The trainings and workshops are namely; Tractor Driving Skills, Basic Safety Skills, Food Safety Skills, Driver Competency Test, Leadership and Management Training, Motorcycle Training, Herbicide Applicator Training, PPECB, HACCP, Quadbike Training, Basic Food Safety, Basic, Basic Safety, Herbicide Theory, Human Resources and farm visits of different commodities.
RecruitAgri hosts induction in the beginning of the year, 2020, preparing agricultural graduates for farm work through intensive training, workshops, and mentorship, focusing on practical skills, leadership, and industry integration, ensuring they are job-ready by blending theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience in various farming operations.
