EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Umgeni community Care Centre was formed with a goal to cater for the social well-being of the less fortunate members of the KZN community. The organization provides services to ensure self-sustainable livelihoods. UCEC functions purely as a charitable organization and is currently dependent on monetary and in-kind donations.
