More about WeThinkCode_
WeThinkCode_ is a software development training academy dedicated to recruiting talented young individuals from underserved communities in South Africa and training them to become ready for work as software developers. Our program lasts for 20 months and is tuition-free, allowing us to provide quality tertiary education and create direct pathways to meaningful job opportunities for youth from low-income households. We focus on three key pillars: 1. **Recruitment**: We seek out youth with a strong aptitude for software development, particularly those with no prior coding experience. 2. **Training**: We provide these individuals with world-class software development training, equipping them with market-relevant programming skills. 3. **Employment Assistance**: We help our graduates find job opportunities upon successfully completing the program. As a result, graduates of WeThinkCode_ leave with a NQF Level 6 certification.
