Help Human Rights Screened Foundation by Donating a New or 2nd Hand Printer for Printing of Learners Guides & Admin Related Print needs

Here's a little more info about this opportunity...

Our Skills Development Programme will train 100 recruits over a period of three months, focusing on restoring dignity, building skills, and creating pathways to employment for homeless women, female parolees, and other vulnerable groups. As part of this, we regularly print learner guides, worksheets, attendance registers, personal development plans, and other admin-related materials—all vital to ensure that each participant receives structured, professional support. Right now, we do not have a dedicated printer that can meet the demands of this programme, and outsourcing printing has become costly and unsustainable for our non profit organisation. We are looking for a (laser or inkjet) that can handle high-volume printing, ideally in both black and white and colour, but even black and white alone would be incredibly helpful. Basic scanning and copying functions would be a bonus. This printer will also be used as we roll out our Universal Hand Signal for Help Campaign—a national awareness effort to educate communities, schools, and public-facing venues about how to recognize and respond to victims of gender-based violence and human trafficking. This campaign will involve distributing thousands of printed materials, posters, training guides, and awareness toolkits across the country, especially in rural and underserved areas. Your donation will directly support both education and empowerment, enabling us to provide learning resources efficiently and run awareness campaigns cost-effectively. What might be sitting unused in your home or office could become a vital tool in changing lives.
