Here's a little more info about this opportunity...
Every week, in our community, "working" doesn’t always mean "housed." We serve a growing population of sober, industrious men and women—including mothers and infants—who are forced onto the streets by the skyrocketing costs of rent and transport. we serve meals to people caught in the impossible gap between working hard and having a home. We look into the eyes of pregnant mothers, children born into the streets, and men who work full-time but sleep on the pavement just to send their meager wages home to their families. They aren't looking for a handout; they are looking for a way back. Our calling is to provide the meal that sustains them today and the skills that empower them for tomorrow. We believe the time to change a life is now. We are seeking partners to help us scale our outreach, moving people from the sidewalk to self-sufficiency. Help us provide the tools they need to build a future they can afford. Will you help us answer this call?
