The Viva Food Forest at the Refilwe Campus [Viva Connect, Cullinan] is in need of water-hoses, wheelbarrows and garden tools e.g. spades, rakes and smaller hand-gardening tools. We also need gardening gloves, compost and pruning sheers. Donations of trees and seedlings will likewise be welcomed. The Food Forest was launched in March 2025 with the planting of 220 Fruit trees and berry plants. We also expanded our vegetable gardens. All the equipment will be utilised in the Food Forest project.
