Here's a little more info about this opportunity...
Support Our Playgroups – Donate Summer Clothes for Children (Birth–7 Years) Across our playgroups in KwaZulu-Natal and the Eastern Cape, many of our little ones arrive each day in clothes that are worn out, too small, or not suitable for the warm summer months. As we close off the year, we dream of giving each child a fresh set of summer clothes, a simple act that brings dignity, comfort and joy. For many of the children we serve, this may be the only “new” outfit they receive all year. You can help us change that. How you can support: Donate gently used or new children’s clothing (ages birth–7) Drop off at any of our TREE sites (69 Krishna Road, Briardene, Durban) Spread the word and help us reach more families Every tiny T-shirt, every pair of shorts, every little dress makes a difference. Together, let’s end the year with kindness and ensure every child steps into summer feeling cared for, seen and celebrated.

Helpful tips
Stay safe
- 1. Don’t pass any personal information to people you haven’t met offline before.
- 2. When meeting one of your contacts offline for the first time, always be sure to arrange to meet in a public place.
- 3. Make sure that you are not left alone with someone that you have never met before.
- 4. Know where you’re going. If you’re headed off the beaten track or into an unfamiliar part of town, be sure you have directions and a GPS or map book.
- 5. If you feel unsafe, consult the person in charge and let him or her know.
- 6. Avoid wearing expensive jewellery: it could get damaged, lost or stolen.
- 7. Ask, ask, ask! If you’re worried about something or concerned about your safety in a certain situation, ask the person in charge.
