How can you help?
Help Johannesburg Dream Center NPC by Donating plastic chairs for The programmes we run (workshops & Sewing classes) etc.
Here's a little more info about this opportunity...
We are in urgent need of chairs to support the various empowerment programmes we run, including sewing classes, interview skills workshops, computer classes, and CV-writing sessions. These programmes serve many beneficiaries who rely on us for skills development and job readiness support. Currently, we do not have enough chairs, and in some cases, our beneficiaries are forced to share or sit on broken chairs, which affects their comfort and participation. This shortage also impacts the smooth running of our activities, especially when individuals need to sit and fill in important documents such as CVs or job application forms. We would be deeply grateful to receive a donation of 20 or more chairs to help us accommodate our participants with dignity and provide a safe, welcoming space for learning and personal growth. Thank you for considering our request and for supporting our mission to empower individuals through practical skills and education
Helpful tips
Stay safe
- 1. Don’t pass any personal information to people you haven’t met offline before.
- 2. When meeting one of your contacts offline for the first time, always be sure to arrange to meet in a public place.
- 3. Make sure that you are not left alone with someone that you have never met before.
- 4. Know where you’re going. If you’re headed off the beaten track or into an unfamiliar part of town, be sure you have directions and a GPS or map book.
