The LaunchPad is a youth transitional programme by The Homestead for young people aged 15–21. It prepares youth to move from a Child and Youth Care center into adult life. The programme focuses on education, employment readiness, and life skills. LaunchPad helps young people build stability, confidence, and long-term self-reliance.
