iQtor You NPC is a youth-led education and community development organisation committed to improving educational outcomes and creating opportunities for young people in underserved communities. We partner with schools to provide Mathematics tutoring, academic support, mentorship and learner development programmes that build confidence and improve performance. Beyond education, we are building programmes that create employment opportunities for tutors, graduates and community members while developing future leaders through volunteerism, mentorship and skills development. Our long-term vision is to establish community learning hubs, digital education initiatives and youth employment programmes that strengthen schools and uplift communities across the Eastern Cape and South Africa. We welcome partnerships with volunteers, businesses, schools and funders who share our vision of ensuring that every learner has access to quality educational support and every young person has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
