Here's a little more info about this opportunity...

Myco United Football Club requests support in the form of soccer jerseys and soccer kits to strengthen our community-based football development programme. The programme empowers boys and girls (Under 18 years) in Gert Sibande District through structured coaching and life-transforming activities. The programme currently operates with limited resources, which affects training consistency, player confidence, and long-term retention especially for young women and youth from disadvantaged communities. Football is used as a platform to deliver structured coaching, life-skills education, leadership development, educational support, health awareness, and pathways to competitive football. Your support will help youth build discipline, confidence, leadership, and future opportunities, while addressing social challenges such as unemployment, substance abuse, school dropout, gender inequality, and gender-based violence.

Stay safe

  1. 1Don’t pass any personal information to people you haven’t met offline before.
  2. 2When meeting one of your contacts offline for the first time, always be sure to arrange to meet in a public place.
  3. 3Make sure that you are not left alone with someone that you have never met before.
  4. 4Know where you’re going. If you’re headed off the beaten track or into an unfamiliar part of town, be sure you have directions and a GPS or map book.
  5. 5If you feel unsafe, consult the person in charge and let him or her know.
