Help Project Literacy by Providing library books covers for Primary School Children in Gauteng

Here's a little more info about this opportunity...

n September 2025, we proudly launched the Big Blue Book Bus, a mobile library bringing both literature and CAPS-aligned books to four primary schools in Gauteng that previously had no access to libraries. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we have already received thousands of pre-loved books — a treasure trove waiting to spark curiosity and learning. Now, we need your help to transform this collection into a fully functioning library on wheels. We are calling on volunteers, partners, and supporters to assist with: Cataloging books using the Dewey Decimal System Covering and protecting books to extend their lifespan Shelving and organizing books inside the Bus for easy access Your contribution will ensure that every child who steps onto the Big Blue Book Bus finds a world of knowledge at their fingertips. By helping us prepare these books, you are directly empowering learners, teachers, and communities to embrace literacy and lifelong learning.
