As women, we have a responsibility to uplift one another. Every woman experiences a period, and for many, it’s not easy. In South Africa, 7 million girls and women suffer from period poverty, struggling to access the essentials they need during their menstrual cycle. 3 in 10 girls miss a week of school every month because they simply don’t have the supplies. That’s not just unfair, it’s heartbreaking. Let’s stand together, woman to woman. Let's show up for our sisters
