The trauma she experienced is heartbreaking, and her road to recovery is far from over. Her Current Medical Condition - 🐾 Severe leg injury — She returns to Evander Animal Clinic on Tuesday for wound care and to assess whether her bandage can safely be removed. - 🐾 Knee damage — Her knee injury is more serious than her thigh, but with time and care, it will heal. - 🐾 Tick bite fever — She tested positive and is receiving the necessary treatment. - 🐾 Low blood pressure — This remains a concern and is being closely managed by the veterinary team. - 🐾 Parasite infestation — She was covered in ticks and fleas, all of which have now been treated with proper medical parasite control.
