LvA is seeking to raise R200,000.00 to ensure that women who have experienced some form of gender-based violence (GBV) have access to free legal services, including assistance with protection orders and comprehensive support in criminal cases, and ongoing therapy and counseling. LvA operates three walk-in Centres in the communities of Diepsloot, Orange Farm and Hillbrow and have assisted over 2 000 GBV victims and survivors to date.
